tree removal with the tree amigos

In the picture above, Joe Harris of into trees is running a vertical cut through the remaining stem of a yellow box (E. melliodora), after removing all of the foliage.  With bluestone, a fence and a barbeque right against the base of the tree, it was not possible to bring the timber down in large sections.  Note the use of the ART SnakeAnchor for the TIP – this is also a great tool for a quickly-deployed anchor point during a pole- or spur-rescue.

Thanks to Tree Amigos Victoria for the work, and for the photograph.
